beauty, energy, peace, calm, that is the falls

#Rhaeadr Falls Abergwyngregyn Gwynedd

my first visit to this enchanting pace and I hope it wont be my last
Nature at her best....


Aber Falls is a waterfall located about two miles south of the village of Abergwyngregyn, Gwynedd, Wales. The waterfall is formed as the Afon Goch plunges about 120 feet over a sill of igneous rock in the foothills of the Carneddau range. Wikipedia

Cant believe I havnt been here before.
It is peaceful and beautiful and awe inspiring...
and it takes about half an hour to walk from the carpark to the top of the foothills.
and it is well worth it...to see the beautiful views
the going is a little steep and definitley warms your calves!!!  lol
and the sheer drop at the top is breath taking

And so life goes on

so we are nearly at the end of another year wow....

time surely flies.... and especially at this time of year we see are made aware of this seeing all the remembrance messages to our loved ones who are no longer with us..... a very poignant time

I myself have experienced grief on a very personal level this year....a close family member ....which for the immediate family was absolutely  devastating.... 

this was a life that without a doubt could of still been here, but due to a very adictive nature life was extinguished much too soon

the family left behind are still fighting a terrible battle of how to carry on...grief is a strange one....pain...sorrow...anger...guilt of still living!!

i also lost a very beautiful and dear frend.... someone who wanted to live so much...to share experiences..good and bad...to love...to see famiy grow...who loved life so so much  ( i will talk about my dear frend again..ive no doubt of this...i have thought of her so much )

Two very different circumstances....but to the same end

Life goes on... all be it...on a different level..we never accept it    we just learn to distract ourselves and live with the memories ...

But the moral of the story is life is short...shorter for some ...grasp it with both hands and live like its your last day...Enjoy this amazing life        

Enjoy everything life has to offer....and remember be kind on your lifes journey....

When Death comes knocking..............

Yes this really sounds sad and depressing.  And I apologise in advance 

.but when we hear that someone has passed away, it stirs many emotions...grief..hopelessness... and theres more ....devastating....scary....lonely..numb ( sometimes we dont really know how we feel ?..how should we feel ? )..but ..all these things and many more..

But if theres one things that s for sure...its that it is going to affect us all at one time or another during our lifetime.....

Because a heart has stopped beating....

What I have learnt from my job over the last 14 months is that life is very special....and very short...( even if we are lucky enought to live til we are 100 !!! )   ask any 100 plus 

Most will tell you that their life has fled past and that 21 seemed only yesterday....

For a lot of people life is a lot lot shorter ( unfortunatley )

most through no fault of their own are snatched away in their prime...... ( some through abuse and ignorance )

Yes we could say well its their own fault....they should of done this or they shouldnt of done that....but we dont know their situation....the whys or whos

If there is a positive side to someone dying... it has to be a reminder to the rest of us that life is for living...

look around...the beauty that sorrounds us.... enjoy the experience ...make the memories....count your blessings   And theres more......
