Wide awake club.....

So its 3.30 am and I am wide awake... I have tried all the getting back to sleep techniques ( relaxing body and mind .... counting sheep etc.....)

 to no avail...so I am now in my kitchen drinking tea!!!

Obviously got too much on my mind....because I definitely feel tired...so why the hell cant I sleep??

Too much chocolate and not enough exercise might have something to do with it.....
