Some people come with a special gift

so we all have that one person that comes into our lives and somehow changes how we see the world....it might not happen immediately ( although sometimes it can..especially if that person is someone you fall in love with )

more often than not, it happens over time and your love or admiration for that person grows with time and you start to notice how they have influenced your view of life..

they somehow give you the ability to see see the sun where you once saw clouds, they seem to  believe in you so much , you start to believe in you too. The people that love you, simply for being you.The once in a lifetime kind of people.

One such person came into my life several years ago..( having said that I am very blessed and have some very special people in my life..gifts from God )

And I must be honest I couldn't understand why she bothered with me...and she always made me feel so special...she had loads of friends..good friends..lovly friends ...and now I was one of them

I truly believe she was a gift from God....she renewed my faith in human beings...she wasnt related to me, and she didnt have to be nice to me..BUT SHE WAS!!!

and sadly it seems they are no sooner in your life than they are gone....

But I feel very fortunate to have had her in my life...Yes some people come into our lives and leave footprints in our hearts and our souls...and we will always be grateful they are there....

Surya namaskar

so this is how I start the day...not quite Surya namaskar...( its the easy option 😉 )

I am enjoying my new yoga classes so much....( but why didnt someone tell me how hard it is!!! )

I thought my body balance used to wear me out ......well move over body balance cus Yoga is going to really challenge you!!!!

my body ached in a new way after my 1st class....I felt strong and challenged....with a yearning for more

our instructor is just amazing...beautiful and confident and informative

she actually puts me in the mind of a ray of sunshine

her inner beauty shining through

Eves dropping on the neighbours conversation

Accidently of course!!  ( what ? You think I'm nosey...pftttt )

One things that happens when we have the 1st beautiful day of the year, is that it gets the neighbours ( and their visitors ) out in the garden!!!!

And unfortunatley sound travels<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< 

Visitor ' You got a good couple of hours of sunshine left , you should get them out, let them get a bit ov sun '....

Other visitor.... 'Yes cus it helps to colour them up!!'

Neighbour. 'Mine r huge now...i always get em out if theres a bit ov sun.'

visitor ' yes you are right....they are bigger than thingies !!!

       

Still ent got a clue what they were talking about!!!!!   did make me chuckle tho.......quietly !!!
