act of kindness....

How true....
Imagine how you would feel if for no reason at all someone showed you kindness
with no expectation of thanks or payment... (just the feeling of WOW...I just did a kind thing)
may be you are the lucky person that this has happened to....
and imagine if this happened when you were at a particularly low period of your life




most of us would say if given the opportunity...we would be kind
and that we would be happy to do a kind deed for another human being...
but how many of us actually did a kind deed today or yesterday..
or indeed this month/year....
you can see where I am going with this????
So the moral of this story is....
Intention is fantastic....but doing is amazing....
imagine if we all did just one random act of kindness ( for no reward ) each day.....  

Lets start today...

He has Risen

Allejulah...Christ has risen

Easter Sunday or Easter Day is the most important day of the year for Christians. It is when they celebrate that three days after being killed, Jesus rose from the dead, sometimes called 'the Resurrection' and defeated evil forever. 

Have a beautiful and Blessed Easter....  

Hope your Easter is filled with beautiful things.... love ... kindness.. family...forgiveness..

Oh yes and a few of these...

so the count down has begun

So there is less than a day left of 2016 left......

And we have left a lot of truly beautiful people in 2016...

we cant change what has been....we cant hide what we've seen

(and why would we want to )

because everything is part of our journey, some good some not so.....take with you what you need and leave the rest in 2016

and these are just some of the memories i want to bring with ME

Always be kind..it dosnt cost anything.. to strangers as well as your family ...simple things like kindness..smiles..hugs ..you dont need to be a millionaire to give these wonderful gifts in abundance and it you can be richer beyond belief when you recieve them

Always be grateful....when you wake each new day be grateful...

have fun...smile laugh enjoy the company of friends and family...life is short..enjoy it

And so life goes on

so we are nearly at the end of another year wow....

time surely flies.... and especially at this time of year we see are made aware of this seeing all the remembrance messages to our loved ones who are no longer with us..... a very poignant time

I myself have experienced grief on a very personal level this year....a close family member ....which for the immediate family was absolutely  devastating.... 

this was a life that without a doubt could of still been here, but due to a very adictive nature life was extinguished much too soon

the family left behind are still fighting a terrible battle of how to carry on...grief is a strange one....pain...sorrow...anger...guilt of still living!!

i also lost a very beautiful and dear frend.... someone who wanted to live so much...to share experiences..good and bad...to love...to see famiy grow...who loved life so so much  ( i will talk about my dear frend again..ive no doubt of this...i have thought of her so much )

Two very different circumstances....but to the same end

Life goes on... all be it...on a different level..we never accept it    we just learn to distract ourselves and live with the memories ...

But the moral of the story is life is short...shorter for some ...grasp it with both hands and live like its your last day...Enjoy this amazing life        

Enjoy everything life has to offer....and remember be kind on your lifes journey.... 

ok..so we are nearly a week into Lent.....how we doing?

I cant lie...I didnt have the will power and strength to give up what i should of....Chardonnay....

I justified my decision by explaning to oneself the following

*you are setting yourself up for failure!!!
*you are going to be a nightmare to live with!!!
*you are going to make every one elses life a misery too!!!
*wouldnt you prefer to give something else up !!!!    

I know this is not the right atitude but seriously I woud fail....God forgive me

But I am going to be good through Lent...not just giving up things ( I have given up chocolate )
But also to try to be a better person....
by being 
kinder...
more patient...
more charitable....
pray more for HELP!...
more forgiving...
accepting peope for the way they are.....

God give me strength...

Please pray for me....each day is a new day and each day i will try harder....

Kindness is a gift we can all give

It cost nothing to give but can be priceless to those who recieve it........

Be kind to someone today.......

 It can be as simple as just a smile

kindness....

It dosnt cost anything to be kind....it can be a simple as a smile or a word....to the reciever it could be the whole world!!!!

Out with the Old and in with the New

So we have reached the last day of 2014

....it is the eve of 2015.....feeling blessed
