cant mix oil and water

so this is the science of it...hmmmm...oh well it all makes sense now!!!!  

so how do I apply this to members of my family....
because it dosnt matter how I try....
SHAKE>>STIR>>PUSH>>SQUASH>>ENCOURAGE>>

and just like a good oil n water...u think they are mixing....and turn ye back fr a minute and they separated again

they just cant mix....obviously different POLARS!!!!!
