HELP!!!!!!!
So I've done 2 more classes since last week.....and....it killed me!!!!
It really is not as easy as people think. I thought because it looks slow n gentle it would be easy
I did one yoga class after I'd done a weights session....
but i am going to perspire.....I mean persevere!!! lol
a woman at the class gave mesome advice
'' you musnt give up, try to come 3 times a week ''
